The hotel's housekeeping service was thorough, ensuring a clean room and private bathroom daily, although I did encounter some water leakage from the shower cubicle. The lack of card payment options was a downside; Cash-only transactions might deter some guests. While the staff were polite, communication in English was somewhat limited, which could create challenges for non-Vietnamese speakers. Though the amenities were simple-featuring basic in-room essentials and air conditioning for relief from the heat-I found the overall value proposition decent for its price point. If you're looking for a centrally located base to enjoy Ho Chi Minh City, and you're willing to overlook some basic service aspects, Hong Hac Hotel could be a viable option.
